Job Description:-Our client is seeking a Senior Developer with 10+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and support of innovative software solutions within a fast-paced capital markets environment on their Middle Office team. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Lead, architect, and develop innovative software solutions; manage design reviews, code quality, and testing standards
Provide Level 3 production support including diagnosis, investigation, and resolution of critical issues; coordinate across development, business, infrastructure, and vendor teams
Follow established deployment processes to implement, test, and configure code changes in production environments
Pro-actively collaborate within a global development team to deliver robust, scalable solutions
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in legacy platform modernization
Design and optimize solutions using multi-threading, async programming, and SOLID architectural principles

Requirements

10+ years of software development experience with demonstrated expertise in C# and .NET
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft SQL Server; strong understanding of database design and optimization
Expert-level knowledge of multi-threading, async programming, and SOLID principles
Proven experience with FO Trading Platforms, FIX protocol, and capital markets domain (equities, swaps, corporate actions)
Experience working with legacy platform programming and modernization initiatives in financial services
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across global teams
C++ experience is a plus
