Job description

Blu Omega is seeking a Lead Full Stack Adobe Experience Manager Developer to support a federal program focused on digital web services. This role operates within a remote environment and is responsible for leading the AEM development team, providing technical direction, and supporting modernization efforts. The position requires experience supporting AEM 6.5 LTS, backend development, technical architecture, and web environment support., * Lead the AEM development team and provide technical direction.

  • Participate in client and internal team meetings.
  • Design and develop backend solutions for AEM 6.5 LTS.
  • Write Java and OSGi-based backend code.
  • Establish and oversee the application’s technical architecture.
  • Support the modernization of the bureau’s AEM environment.
  • Lead or support migration from Adobe Managed Services.
  • Apply working knowledge of frontend technologies when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with AEM 6.5 LTS
  • Lead-level backend development experience
  • Strong Java and OSGi development experience
  • Technical architecture and solution design experience
  • Willingness to work as a W2 employee

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience migrating from Adobe Managed Services to AEM 6.5 LTS
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Previous leadership of an AEM development team
  • Experience supporting federal or other highly regulated web environments

Benefits & conditions

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
