Senior Solutions Engineer in Orlando

We’re hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to support, improve, and help modernize IT environments for a wide range of clients. This is a senior-level role for someone who is confident across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, automation, and escalated technical support., * Support and troubleshoot client and internal IT environments across desktops, servers, networking, cloud platforms, and security systems.

• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues, delivering thoughtful and timely resolutions.
• Lead or contribute to projects such as migrations, upgrades, remediation efforts, and infrastructure improvements.
• Document systems, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and technical standards to support consistency and service quality.
• Use scripting, automation, and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, standardization, and service delivery.
• Mentor junior technicians, share technical knowledge, and help elevate team capabilities.
• Communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and vendors while balancing support work, project deadlines, and shifting priorities., This is a full-time position based in Oviedo, Florida, with a hybrid work arrangement and remote flexibility within Central Florida based on business needs. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role may also include client-facing work, occasional after-hours support, and participation in an on-call rotation.

At least five years of experience in IT services, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a similar senior technical role. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and administration experience across workstations, servers, networking, cloud platforms, and security technologies. Ability to manage complex issues independently, communicate clearly with clients and teammates, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment., Relevant industry certifications are , especially in Microsoft, Azure, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, ProxMox, or ITIL. Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar automation tools is highly valued. Experience in a managed services or multi-client environment is a strong plus. Spanish proficiency is but not required.
