Job description

Be the analytics and systems backbone for Mopar eCommerce. Build robust data pipelines and Power BI models, integrate Adobe/GA4 and internal Stellantis systems (PIM, CRM, OMS, ERP/cloud), and publish daily/weekly/monthly/annual insights that drive decisions-and outcomes., * Design data models and interactive dashboards in Power BI (DAX/Power Query) for executive and operational audiences.

  • Integrate GA4 and Adobe Analytics data with CRM/CDP, PIM/MDM, OMS/ERP, and marketplace feeds; standardize tracking taxonomy and UTM governance.
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines; implement data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and alerting for daily checks.
  • Own tag management and event schema (Adobe Launch/Tealium/GTM); ensure privacy compliance and consent management alignment.
  • Diagnose data and systems issues (schema drift, API failures, latency) and coordinate resolution with ICT and vendor teams.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations on traffic, conversion funnels, attach rate, AOV, pricing, inventory fill rate, and marketplace performance (e.g., Buy Box).
  • Publish weekly and monthly business reviews with clear narratives, scorecards, and prioritized actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in analytics/BI/marketing science with enterprise eCommerce; expert in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and SQL
  • Proficient with Adobe Analytics and GA4; experience with tag management and server-side/event streaming preferred
  • Familiarity with PIM/MDM, CRM/CDP, OMS/ERP, and product fitment standards; ability to model complex hierarchical product data
  • Strong problem solver with excellent communication; able to translate analysis into decisions and direct ICT teams to action, * Python/R for advanced analysis, forecasting, and causal inference
  • Experience with marketplace data (Amazon SP-API, eBay, Walmart APIs) and retail media measurement
  • Hands-on with ETL/ELT and modern data stacks (e.g., Azure Data Factory/Synapse, Databricks, or similar)
