Job description

Information Tech Consultants Ltd is looking for a motivated Cloud / DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in London. In this role, you will design, automate, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure while supporting CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications. You will work closely with development and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable AWS solutions., * Build, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Work with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and related services.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
Manage version control using Git.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Provision infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud environments.
Follow cloud security, compliance, and infrastructure best practices.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Practical experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or CloudFormation, Git, and Linux.
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or another scripting language.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or another related STEM discipline.
Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
