Senior Specialist Function Development / Software Testing

• Establishment, management, and technical leadership of local engineering teams at the Pune (India) site.
• Close collaboration with German departments on joint development and testing projects.
• Participation in international client projects with OEMs in the field of Electrical/Electronic (E/E) systems.
• Support in competency building as well as the professional and personal development of colleagues in India.
• Coordination of work packages, reporting, and alignment with international stakeholders.
• Involvement in function development or software testing - depending on your specialization and experience.
• Proven professional experience in building, expanding, and managing international teams.

• Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field), international qualifications are an advantage
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry
• Profound knowledge of function development or software testing
• Experience in client projects and direct communication with German OEMs
• Ability to coordinate international teams and share knowledge effectively
• Excellent English skills; proficiency in German is an advantage
• The position is performed permanently on-site in Pune
