Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain product capabilities to enhance our offerings and customer experience.
  • Leverage AI tools and agentic programming to create new AI skills, agents, and tools that drive productivity and innovation across the team.
  • Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to achieve business objectives.
  • Take ownership of features from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring quality and success.
  • Contribute to team productivity and system health by advancing our technology and tools.
  • Continuously improve code quality and contribute to the team’s professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in high-scale production web development.
  • Proficiency in Angular or any other modern JS framework is a must.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools, such as Claude Code is required.
  • Strong skills in JS/HTML/CSS3/Git and API integrations.
  • Understanding of self-service concepts and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with automation testing and commitment to software quality.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) on AWS is advantageous.
  • Some experience with Node.js and express.js/Nest is preferred.
  • Team player with a passion for learning and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
