Job description
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, including new employee IT orientation.
- Prioritize, respond to and resolve IT-related issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Log and track all support requests in the ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions for technical issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or vendors as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years Helpdesk Technician experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and listening skills required.
- Research and troubleshooting skills.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
- Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
