Associate Accountant/ SAP S/4HANA Specialist

• Accounts Payable Management: Own the core AP processes, pay vendors, input business transactions, and maintain clean ledgers.
• S/4HANA Navigation: Utilize prior experience in SAP S/4HANA to confidently manage financial data entries, lookups, and daily workflows.
• Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Review and reconcile company credit cards and employee expense reports within the new ERP landscape.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with internal business to deliver daily transaction processing, basic reporting, and forecasting.
• Team Collaboration: Act as a helpful, system-knowledgeable team player as our staff adjusts to post-implementation workflows.

Gravitec is currently transitioning our enterprise software to SAP S/4HANA. We are looking for an intelligent, quick-learning individual who already has experience working inside this specific system. Whether you join us right as we cross the finish line or just after we go live, your ability to jump into the S/4HANA environment and hit the ground running is a top priority. If you are smart, eager to learn, and know your way around S/4HANA, we value those qualities over decades of traditional accounting tenure., * SAP S/4HANA Experience: Hands-on experience as an end-user within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

• Adaptability & Intelligence: A fast, sharp learner who can rapidly grasp Gravitec’s specific business workflows and processes.
• Experience Level: 3+ years of progressive accounting or transaction-heavy operations experience (we value speed, intelligence, and system comfort over long tenure).
• Communication: Confident, articulate, and highly effective at working independently and collaborating across teams.
• Excel Proficiency: Strong spreadsheet skills for handling data validation and general reporting.
