Professional Services Consultant

eProductivity Software is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our North American team and provide professional services to new and existing eProductivity Software customers, within our Packaging Services Team.

Services can include implementation, analysis, documentation, development, as well as diagnosing and resolving software, operating system, network, database, and other issues. configuration, training, and consulting. Services are provided at client sites, via phone, email and Internet. This position is a telecommute role and could be located anywhere within the US.

What You Will Do

• Develop and deliver Consulting Services around the use of eProductivity Software ERP/MIS and support applications for the packaging industry.
• Develop and maintain standardized training documentation and supporting materials.
• Ensure any client issues are identified quickly, forwarded to the proper resources and resolved in a timely manner to ensure key project milestones are met.
• Work with eProductivity Software clients to analyze and interpret business requirements, provide customized solutions within the core product while offering industry best practices.
• Provide ERP and industry-specific knowledge transfer utilizing eProductivity Software consulting methodology and documentation.
• Assist Teammates with issues to ensure project objectives are being met.
• Collaborate and support the Project Management team throughout client training/implementations concerning project schedule, risks, client feedback, and task items.
• Must be willing to travel approximately 60%.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Packaging, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Have 1 or more years of experience providing professional services and/or custom development of web-based software solutions, within the packaging industry preferred.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, writing, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to develop further.
• Developing presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Management Information Systems.
• Basic understanding of computer operating systems. Exposure to or foundational knowledge of relational databases is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with guidance.
• Basic understanding of client/server architecture is a plus.
• Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
