Job description

Serves as a Management Analyst for Business Intelligence, fulfilling analytics and reporting requests to support grant reporting; Develops and maintains Tableau dashboards using provided data to support leadership; Serves as Management Analyst for Consumer Reporting Form (CRF) and Client Data System (CDS); Plans and conducts various statistical data and business intelligence analyses on departmental operations and/or grant programs; Formulates scope of studies in which needs, and problems are identified, objectives are clarified and defined, and approaches are explored and assessed; Provides technical assistance and training to Providers and stakeholders.

Requirements

· A bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Health Information, Data Management, or a related field is required.

· Experience in data management including SQL.

· Experience in data management, quality assurance, or administrative

· Support, preferably in a healthcare, behavioral health, or social services setting.

· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, data submissions, and provider interactions.

· Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies or errors.

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)
