Job description
The Clinical Data Analyst is a healthcare information professional responsible for gathering, validating and analyzing healthcare data from a variety of sources to support the ongoing clinical quality, safety and performance improvement of the organization.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, or other healthcare-related field of study preferred
Experience: Two years of health-care related experience, preferably working with data, systems, and/or statistics.
License/Certification Required: No
Skills: Experience with EPIC electronic health record strongly preferred, database management, analytical skills, ability to work independently and in a team-based environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software technologies.
Benefits & conditions
$29.00 - $40.67 an hour
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
