Infrastructure and Cloud Services Engineer in Houston

· Design, deploy, and support on-premises and cloud infrastructure

· Manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune environments

· Oversee Event Management and Omni-Channel communication platforms

· Respond to incidents and lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis

· Support network, firewall, wireless, and Internet services

· Collaborate with vendors and global IT teams

· Develop documentation, workflows, and performance reports

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

· Ten or more years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments

· Microsoft, networking, or cloud certifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

· Deep expertise in networking, cloud infrastructure, and event monitoring systems

· Experience implementing Omni-Channel communications and telephony solutions

· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage incidents and communicate effectively during outages

· Strong documentation and process-development skills

· Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and regions
