Working Student Python Backend & Cloud Engineering

• Program, refine, and support high-performing Python and Django REST APIs that power our next-generation internal tools and automated platforms
• Map out smart data pipelines and structural configurations to process, parse, and transform JSON data models with absolute efficiency
• Take charge of our database layers by executing routine maintenance and structural data migrations across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB environments
• Work hand-in-hand with our frontend engineering team to deliver flawless user journeys and ensure high overall infrastructure uptime
• Contribute to peer code reviews to maintain clean code standards, accelerate execution rates, and design highly modular system logic
• Fine-tune server-side protocols for maximum processing speeds, robust security measures, and low-latency system automations
• Draft clear system architecture overviews and update technical guides to ensure our growing codebase is easily maintainable

• Currently enrolled university student or recent graduate tracking towards a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related technology field
• Between 6 and 18 months of practical software development experience with Python, showcasing a solid command of Django or a similar backend framework
• Reliable foundational skills in working with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB
• Experience with Git for version control alongside a genuine motivation to deploy and orchestrate web services within Docker containers
• A logical, problem-solving mindset when addressing algorithmic challenges combined with an interest in engineering highly secure applications
• Excellent communication skills in English, while any additional knowledge of the German language is welcome but not required
