Administrative Inventory Control (SAP) - Immediate Start - Contract$25

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Inventory Control Specialist with expertise in SAP to join our team on an immediate contract basis. This role is pivotal in managing inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse operations, and supporting supply chain efficiency through data-driven decision-making. • Conduct data mining and analysis to identify discrepancies, root causes, and opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate with procurement teams to support sourcing strategies, pricing negotiations, and supplier management
• Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to generate reports on inventory trends, demand planning, and supply chain analytics
• Assist with materials handling, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment activities
• Support demand planning through analysis of sales data, Nielsen reports, and E-commerce metrics
• Perform financial analysis related to inventory valuation, pricing strategies, and cost optimization
• Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, logistics documentation, and materials management activities
• Engage in cross-functional communication with warehouse operations, merchandising teams, and logistics providers
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives utilizing ERP systems like AS400 and SQL for data collection and analysis

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management software (SAP preferred), and warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles including procurement, sourcing, demand planning, and logistics
• Demonstrated ability in data analytics using Excel data analysis tools, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and other visualization platforms
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AS400; familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes is advantageous
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), 3PL logistics providers, shipping & receiving procedures
• Skills in negotiation, supplier management experience, and contract handling
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), financial modeling, pricing strategies, and inventory control techniques
• Excellent analytical skills combined with strong organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and stakeholders
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when required; familiarity with materials handling equipment is a plus
