Job description

Reconcile inbound shipments with 3PL data.
Maintain inventory accuracy between SAP and the warehouse management system (WMS).
Reconcile outbound shipments and ensure completion within 24 hours.
Process shipment creation, delivery modifications, and order changes in SAP.
Monitor and resolve EDI and non-EDI transaction errors.
Coordinate with customer service, transportation teams, and 3PL partners.
Create reports to track shipping performance and overdue transactions.
Generate purchase orders in Ariba and reconcile invoices.
Monitor shipping schedules and support rush order processing.
Perform inventory management transactions as needed.
Support other U.S. shipping facilities when required.
Participate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain shipping volume and operational reports.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator with strong SAP experience to support warehouse logistics and inventory operations for a leading global manufacturing company. This role is responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving activities, reconciling inventory, monitoring order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate communication between SAP and third-party logistics (3PL) providers., * SAP experience is REQUIRED.

Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities., * Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
Experience using Ariba.
Warehouse or distribution experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of EDI transactions and inventory reconciliation processes.
