Requirements

10+ years in digital transformation, systems integration, or enterprise software operations in EPC, engineering consulting, construction, or energy
Proven leadership of technical and cross-functional teams
Strong command of EPC workflows and project lifecycles (utility-scale solar/BESS a plus)
Experience with Workday, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Oracle, and P6
Expertise in data architecture, APIs, and BI tools - Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL
Hands-on AI tooling experience (Claude Code or similar)
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business (Master’s a plus)
Excellent communication and change management skills

As Digital Transformation Lead for their EPC organization, you’ll define the digital strategy, integrate and extend enterprise systems, and build in-house tools with AI-augmented coding that turn scattered workflows into a single source of truth. Keep digital platforms reliable, secure, and scalable
Stand up governance, training, and adoption programs
