The Opportunity
Design, engineering, and construction teams generate mountains of data - and most of it lives in disconnected silos. Our client, a rapidly scaling clean energy innovator, wants you to fix that. As Digital Transformation Lead for their EPC organization, you’ll define the digital strategy, integrate and extend enterprise systems, and build in-house tools with AI-augmented coding that turn scattered workflows into a single source of truth. Start hands-on, then grow your own digital innovation team.
Why You’ll Love It
- Strategy and keyboard: Set the vision and build the tools - this role is both
- AI-forward environment: In-house development with modern AI-assisted engineering (think Claude Code)
- Leadership runway: Build and lead a dedicated digital innovation function
- Bay Area compensation: $160K-$210K
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the EPC digital roadmap
- Integrate external software and build internal solutions and add-ons
- Unify data flow and collaboration across enterprise systems
- Automate workflows and multiply team productivity with AI-augmented in-house tools
- Partner with EPC, Operations, and Engineering on workflow challenges
- Keep digital platforms reliable, secure, and scalable
- Stand up governance, training, and adoption programs
- Lead vendor management and system integrations
- Advise the organization as EPC’s digital SME
