ServiceNow Developer

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role combines technical development expertise, platform engineering, integration capabilities, and Agile delivery practices to build scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow applications aligned with K&B Global standards., * Application Development & Platform Engineering

• Develop custom applications, scoped applications, and platform enhancements.
• Build reusable components and leverage OOTB functionality.
• Development & Scripting
• Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, GlideScript, AngularJS, React, HTML/CSS.
• Create Service Portal widgets and Workspace experiences.
• Agile Delivery & Engineering Excellence
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and quality engineering practices.
• Integration & Platform Ecosystem
• Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Integrate ServiceNow with ERP, HR, monitoring, and enterprise platforms.
• User Experience & Platform Optimization
• Build modern UI experiences using Service Portal, Employee Center, Workspace, and UI Builder.
• Quality Engineering & Governance
• Support testing, security, compliance, and platform governance.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management
• Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and standards.
• Innovation, Automation & AI
• Leverage Flow Designer, Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and automation capabilities.

Junior ServiceNow Developer (L1)

• 0-2 years experience
• CSA certification required; CAD recommended

Practitioner ServiceNow Developer (L2)

• 2-5 years experience
• CSA, CAD, CIS preferred

Senior ServiceNow Developer (L3)

• 5+ years experience
• Enterprise ServiceNow implementation experience
• CSA, CAD, CIS certifications
• CTA preferred for highly experienced developers
