Cloud Onboarding Engineer

We are seeking WebCTRL Cloud Onboarding Engineer to support the deployment of WebCTRL Cloud for our customers. In this role, you will work directly with customers to guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and secure setup. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office and remote work. Candidates should be able to work from our Kennesaw GA office as needed while also having the flexibility to work remotely. This position is not an SRE role but focuses on assisting customers with configuration, security, and connectivity for WebCTRL Cloud., + Guide customers through installing and configuring security certificates on their local site and in BACnet/SC routers.

• Assist customers in setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.

• Provide support for VPN configurations to ensure secure connectivity.

• Educate customers on best practices for secure deployments of WebCTRL Cloud.

• Work closely with internal teams to refine onboarding processes and documentation.

• Troubleshoot common setup issues and escalate complex cases as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1 year of network security principles, including SSL/TLS, certificate management, and VPNs

• 1 year of experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, including integration and troubleshooting

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BACnet/SC or industrial networking is a plus.

• Experience with WebCTRL or other building automation systems

• IT-related certifications are a plus.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

• Technical certifications and any direct Automated Logic training are a plus.

• Hands-on experience setting up certificates (PKI infrastructure).

• Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) is a plus.

• Linux experience is a plus.

• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role.

• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
