Job description
Position Summary: The Director of Project Integration role exists to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience from preconstruction through closeout. This position combines transformational leadership with hands-on execution, creating high-performing teams and successful project outcomes. This role oversees internal Estimating, MEP, QA/QC, and VDC teams, acting as the bridge across departments to drive collaboration and accountability., Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align workflows across preconstruction, operations, and closeout
- Improve communication, eliminate inefficiencies, and standardize processes
- Ensure project strategies are developed early and executed effectively
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow estimating, MEP, QA/QC, and VDC teams
- Support training, onboarding, and continuous improvement
- Partner with leaders to address staffing and skill gaps
Client Experience
- Ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Improve service delivery and resolve issues thoroughly and quickly
- Support strong client relationships and enable repeat business
Process & Performance Optimization
- Enhance processes, tools, and best practices
- Track performance metrics and drive results through accountability
- Ensure compliance and alignment with safety, quality, and risk standards
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with executives on business goals and initiatives
- Support long-term planning, staffing, and organizational structure
- Promote company values and financial success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years leading teams
Work Experience
- Experience in commercial construction preferred
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Sage, Vista, and Procore preferred
- LEAN experience preferred
- LEED experience preferred
