Data Analytics Manager

• Develop and maintain recurring operational, financial, and clinical reports.
• Create dashboards that provide actionable insights across key business areas.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support quality, compliance, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to provide data analysis for strategic projects and organizational initiatives.
• Evaluate operational workflows and recommend process improvements through data-driven analysis.
• Analyze revenue cycle and accounts receivable data to identify trends and improve performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and deliver clear, executive-level reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, finance, operations, quality, or compliance.
• Experience working with healthcare operational, financial, or clinical data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, meaningful way.

Preferred:

• Experience in an FQHC, community health, or mission-driven healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance reporting., * Bachelor’s (Required), * Data analytics: 3 years (Required)
