What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year of data-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Speed & Precision: The ability to type a minimum of 10,000 alpha-numeric and 10-key strokes per hour (KSPH) at a 98% accuracy rate or better.
  • Core Competencies: Stellar communication skills, top-tier time management, and an unwavering eye for detail.
  • Team Dynamics: The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Physical Ability: Comfort working in a professional office environment, which may include lifting or carrying lightweight materials up to 35 lbs.

What You’ll Do (Principal Duties & Responsibilities)

As a Data Admin Specialist, you will be the backbone of our information accuracy:

  • Data Entry & Verification: Input lists of items, numbers, and critical information into the appropriate systems with high precision.
  • Database Maintenance: Review existing data, edit current information, and proofread new entries to ensure total accuracy.
  • Document Processing: Process simple to moderate documents, identifying different file-marked records to index fields according to specific job instructions.
  • Quality Control: Key data elements, spot exceptions or irregularities, and correctly complete quality control worksheets.
  • Compliance: Maintain a clean record of completed work while strictly adhering to established SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and risk mitigation practices.
