  • Drive Data Precision: Gather, evaluate, and verify critical business license data via web research, phone, email, and direct agency outreach.
  • Maintain High-Value Systems: Manage and optimize complex regulatory records in Microsoft Excel, maintaining precise database accuracy on a strict monthly schedule.
  • Navigate Complex Challenges: Exercise sound judgment and initiative to independently manage sensitive verification tasks without relying on rigid guidelines.
  • Build Key Stakeholder Connections: Communicate effectively and tactfully with government agencies, client partners, and internal colleagues to obtain required licensing documentation.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working as a Data Processing Assistant for a Business Services Company.
  • Technical Mastery: Outstanding proficiency with personal computers in a Windows environment, specifically Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and Adobe PDF.
  • Communication & Discretion: Exceptional written/verbal communication skills paired with high emotional intelligence, tact, and professional discretion when handling sensitive data.
  • Adaptability & Focus: Proven ability to handle competing project deadlines, prioritize tasks independently, and adapt to changing regulatory environments with high attention to detail.
