Requirements

You’re technically curious, enjoy solving complex problems, and are comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and look for ways to improve systems-not just fix them.

  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, connectivity, data flows)

  • Experience with integration or messaging technologies (e.g., APIs, FIX, MQ, SFTP, or similar)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

We’d also value:

  • Exposure to financial services, trading workflows, or regulatory environments

  • Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders

  • Familiarity with data transformation or integration tools (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft, TIBCO)

  • Working knowledge of SQL or databases

Benefits & conditions

  • Partner across Engineering, Product, and client teams to influence system design and performance
