Mobile Development Coach

We’re seeking an experienced mobile development coach to work with students and job seekers pursuing careers in iOS, Android, and cross-platform app development. This role includes teaching core mobile app development and user interface design skills, guiding learners through cross-platform development frameworks and mobile testing best practices, and helping students build a strong technical foundation through hands-on skill building. Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, technical interview prep, and behavioral interview prep, as well as salary negotiation once offers come in. For students building independent careers, coaches provide guidance on freelancing, app store optimization, promotion strategy, and networking strategy to help them grow a sustainable practice or personal brand. Ideal candidates have professional experience shipping mobile apps, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex technical and career topics. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
