Data Analyst

This position is responsible for bridging the gap between raw data and business strategy. The Data Analyst extracts, cleans, and organizes data into meaningful reports used to make data-driven decisions across the organization., * Data extraction: Extract, clean, and interpret data from primary and secondary sources

• Data integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency through routine checks and validation processes
• Analysis & modeling: Create and maintain Microsoft Excel models used to analyze data, identify business trends, and measure performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Database management: Create and maintain databases (including Microsoft Access databases), data systems, and automated data mining workflows
• Reporting: Design clear, comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders
• Business collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to understand data needs and provide relevant data solutions

Competencies needed to do the job

• Proven experience in data analysis, data mining, and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, modeling, pivot tables, data visualization)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Access (database design, queries, reporting)
• Experience with data extraction from various enterprise systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, * Bachelor’s (Required)
