Lead Data Entry Clerk (SAP)

As a Lead Data Entry Clerk (SAP), you will:

• Assist with onboarding customers into cooperative membership programs through the intake and review of membership and patronage applications.
• Evaluate applications for eligibility and ensure all required information is accurate and complete.
• Enter, update, and maintain records within SAP.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Communicate professionally with applicants and business representatives when additional information or corrections are required.
• Track and manage application statuses to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the onboarding process.
• Support various administrative and data-related projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
