SAP Data Entry Specialist

SAP Data Entry Specialist to support logistics and delivery operations through accurate data entry and SAP transactional processing. This role will support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) activities, ensuring accuracy between SAP and external systems., * Perform SAP and OPTICS data comparisons for inventory accuracy

• Create deliveries and process Goods Issue transactions in SAP SD
• Post Proof of Delivery (POD) for customer deliveries
• Maintain freight agreements, vendor setup, lanes, and freight costs in SAP TM
• Reconcile SAP SD and TM data for delivery accuracy
• Validate freight rates and support freight settlement processes
• Create Freight Purchase Orders and carrier master data as needed

Do you have experience in SAP ERP?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 1-3 years of SAP data entry experience (SD and/or TM preferred)

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Knowledge of freight concepts and delivery processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be eligible to obtain TWIC credential

Preferred experience with OPTICS or similar logistics systems, SAP TM freight settlement, and purchase order creation.
