Order Entry Specialist - SAP / EDI

We are hiring Order Entry Specialists with experience in SAP, EDI, or ERP systems to support a growing operations team. This position is responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating EDI transactions, supporting ERP integrations, and ensuring accurate order flow from receipt through production.

Candidates with experience as an Order Entry Specialist, Customer Service Representative, EDI Specialist, SAP Specialist, ERP Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, Operations Coordinator, or Order Management Specialist are encouraged to apply., * Process customer orders accurately using SAP and ERP systems

• Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions
• Coordinate order processing between customers and internal departments
• Support EDI implementation, testing, and validation
• Monitor order status and resolve processing issues
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation
• Assist with ERP system updates and data management
• Generate reports and provide project status updates
• Support continuous process improvements
• Work closely with operations, production, customer service, and IT teams

7-Year Background Check Required

9-Panel Drug Screen Required (THC Excluded), * Experience with SAP, EDI, or similar ERP systems

• Previous order entry, customer service, or operations experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects is a plus
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred
