Order Entry Specialist SAP

The Customer Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, managing, and tracking customer orders within SAP while providing exceptional support to customers and internal stakeholders. This role serves as a key link between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment., * Enter and process customer orders in SAP with a high degree of accuracy.

• Validate order details, including pricing, product availability, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations to ensure successful order fulfillment.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
