Job description
- On-Site manager will work from on-site office located in Key Largo, FL.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years experience minimum in condominium association management.
- Team player.
- Results driven.
- Knowledge of various maintenance and restoration projects.
- Ability to negotiate contracts.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare budgets.
- Excel and MS Word is critical.
- Deal with clients and owners in a friendly professional manner.
- Current and active CAM License and knowledge of Fl Statute 718 Required.
- Ability to supervise on-site maintenance personnel and staff.
- Adheres to the highest standards of professional ethics
- Ability to write a monthly management report which breaks down monthly jobs completed, informs board of items needed to maintain a safe environment for owners and guests
- Ability to prepare for and run board meetings
- Prepare professional reports, action plans, bid analysis, etc.
- Generate maintenance standards and achieve performance objectives
- Maintain inventory, and monitor preventative maintenance
- Must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in English, second language is optional but helpful.
- Must display exceptional interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
ROVING JR CAM MANAGER/ASSISTANT:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience condo or homeowner association management.
- This individual will work with senior management cams while training to take on a few (2-3) associations.
- Team player.
- Results driven.
- Familiar with financial statements and budgets.
- Excel and MS Word is critical.
- Deal with clients and owners in a friendly professional manner.
- Current and active CAM License and knowledge of Fl Statute 718 Required.
- Ability to supervise on-site maintenance personnel and staff.
- Adheres to the highest standards of professional ethics
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must demonstrate leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in English, second language is optional but helpful.
- Must display exceptional interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, * Do you have a valid CAM license?
