Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Property/Community Association Management experience.
- Active Florida CAM License required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Florida Notary Public preferred.
- Experience with Florida condominium operations and Board relations.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
- Experience with payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Experience preparing and monitoring operating budgets.
- Ability to review invoices, expenses, financial reports, and budget variances.
- Experience with vendor management, contracts, purchase orders, and COIs.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Property management/accounting software experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- High-rise/luxury condominium experience is highly preferred.
