Job description

  • Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery using technology and best practices.
  • Manage digitalization efforts, including automation and data strategy implementation.
  • Integrate and promote legal technology, including generative AI, within the practice.
  • Develop client-facing solutions to enhance collaboration and data sharing.
  • Create and automate knowledge libraries and improve practice content utilization.
  • Evaluate and improve legal service delivery through data analysis and trend monitoring.
  • Educate legal professionals on technology and client solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop case studies and innovation materials for business development.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of six years of experience in litigation, regulatory, transactional, or legislative policy in a large law firm.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications in legal services.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.

Certifications

  • Admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction., * Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with legal technology and AI.
