Job description
- Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery using technology and best practices.
- Manage digitalization efforts, including automation and data strategy implementation.
- Integrate and promote legal technology, including generative AI, within the practice.
- Develop client-facing solutions to enhance collaboration and data sharing.
- Create and automate knowledge libraries and improve practice content utilization.
- Evaluate and improve legal service delivery through data analysis and trend monitoring.
- Educate legal professionals on technology and client solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Develop case studies and innovation materials for business development.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
- Minimum of six years of experience in litigation, regulatory, transactional, or legislative policy in a large law firm.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
- Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications in legal services.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
Education
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.
Certifications
- Admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction., * Superior written and verbal communication skills.
