Job description

  • Build and maintain scalable, secure workflows for process automation and approvals.
  • Perform performance tuning to ensure efficient execution of automation solutions.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support automation and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into automation solutions and KPI frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and best practices across Power Platform implementations.

Requirements

We are seeking a Data Engineer with 5 7 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Platform. The role requires strong expertise in workflow automation, SQL, and performance tuning to support enterprise business process optimization. Mandatory Skills

  • Power Automate designing, developing, and maintaining workflows, approval processes, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Power Platform hands on experience with Power Apps and related automation technologies.
  • SQL proficiency strong ability to write complex queries, joins, aggregations, stored procedures, and views.
  • Performance tuning optimizing workflows, queries, and automation solutions for scalability and efficiency.
  • Process automation & optimization proven ability to streamline and secure business processes.

Good to Have Skills

  • Integration with Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics).
  • Governance and compliance experience for Power Platform solutions.
  • CI/CD pipeline knowledge for deploying automation workflows.
  • Scripting exposure (Python, PowerShell) for advanced automation.
  • User enablement and support for self service automation environments.
