Microsoft Power Platform Developer

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. The candidate will design, develop, and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric to deliver scalable automation, analytics, AI-driven capabilities, and cloud-based business applications. This role partners closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to build secure, innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and support enterprise digital transformation., * Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.

• Develop business applications, workflow automation, analytics, and reporting solutions that improve business operations.
• Build AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data integration solutions using Azure data services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure technology solutions.
• Support application governance, CI/CD processes, production support, and ongoing solution optimization.

Work Location Hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with additional onsite support as needed in Columbia, SC.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience in application development, systems implementation, testing, or related technical disciplines.
• Proven experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Azure Data Lake.
• Experience implementing DevOps CI/CD pipelines and supporting application lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, Microsoft cloud technologies, and secure solution design.
• Experience establishing governance, security, and compliance controls for Power Platform environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills/Experience of the Microsoft Power Platform Developer:

• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power Platform Administration.
• Familiarity with Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, PL-300, DP-600, and/or AZ-204.
• Experience developing AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Passion for emerging Microsoft technologies, automation, and continuous process improvement.
