Full Stack Web Developer

As a Full Stack Web Developer, you’ll be part of a lean, cross-functional team working on everything from marketing sites and eCommerce platforms to internal systems and customer portals. You’ll be expected to take ownership, communicate clearly, write clean code, and help shape technical solutions from idea to launch. We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of industry experience, strong front-end and back-end development skills, and a clear understanding of what it means to contribute to a team and not just a project. What You’ll Be Doing Your core responsibilities will include: Development & Technical Execution

• Build, manage, and maintain full-stack web projects. WordPress, Laravel, custom platforms, and APIs
• Lead and contribute to architectural decisions for projects (we value your voice)
• Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
• Write clean, modular, well-documented code (PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS/SASS)
• Manage custom API integrations and third-party system connections
• Develop responsive layouts using HTML5/CSS3 and modern JS libraries (e.g., jQuery, Ajax)
• Stay on top of browser-specific quirks and performance differences
• Support design implementation by converting Figma files into dynamic, responsive websites
• Handle testing, QA, and deployment workflows
• Work on eCommerce platforms and recurring billing systems

• Contribute to internal Quoviz product development and agency tooling Project Leadership & Communication

• Scope and write clear technical documentation and system requirements
• Collaborate with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Digital Strategists to understand client needs and propose feasible solutions
• Communicate with outside vendors/partners on technical execution
• Monitor ongoing systems and platforms and respond proactively to issues or gaps
• Recommend new tools, services, or technical approaches that improve performance or reliability What You’ll Bring to the Table We’re looking for a developer who takes pride in delivering thoughtful, scalable work. The ideal candidate is

• 3+ years of industry experience in web development
• Advanced experience with PHP, Linux, and MySQL
• Expert-level knowledge of Laravel and WordPress, including custom development
• Experience with custom plugin and theme development in WordPress
• Proven experience managing/maintaining eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with web hosting/server environments
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern front-end best practices (HTML, CSS/SASS, JS)
• Experience architecting and developing large-scale web or mobile applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to improve systems, not just fix bugs

• Ability to work independently but also contribute as a key part of a small team Bonus Points

• Familiarity with Magento, Shopify, or other CMS/eCommerce platforms
• Experience with AI tools like Lovable, Replit, Claude, or ChatGPT to streamline tasks
• Experience working with deployment workflows and version control (e.g., Git)
• Comfort with browser testing, performance tuning, and accessibility
• Past work in an agency or fast-paced digital environment
