As a Frontend Web Developer at Quoviz, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital landscape of our client’s online presence, ensuring their websites are visually stunning, highly functional, and responsive across devices. In this role, you will collaborate with our creative designers, project managers, and backend developers to translate design concepts into fully-functional, interactive WordPress websites. Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong passion for web development, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of WordPress best practices and trends., + Develop responsive, user-friendly WordPress websites based on provided design files and wireframes.

  • Implement custom themes and plugins as required, ensuring compatibility and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend technologies.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure websites function properly across all major browsers and devices.
  • Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, addressing any technical issues or bugs that arise.
  • Optimize websites for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies, incorporating them into our projects as appropriate.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Meet with clients to discuss website design and functionality.
  • Conducting website performance tests.
  • Troubleshooting content issues.
  • Conducting WordPress training with the client.
  • Monitoring the performance of live websites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of the entire web development process
  • Proven work experience and portfolio as a WordPress developer.
  • In-Depth knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
  • Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
  • Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage projects.
  • Good communication skills
