Information Technology Specialist

• Implement DevSecOps practices to embed security into the development lifecycle and automate deployment processes using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee system administration tasks on Linux, Windows, and Oracle operating systems, including performance monitoring and system troubleshooting support.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) configurations to streamline provisioning and scaling of cloud resources.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), applying Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery.
• Utilize IT monitoring tools to proactively identify issues, optimize system performance, and ensure reliable operation of critical systems.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for complex IT infrastructure problems involving APIs, scripting in Python or Java, and system integration challenges.

• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including security automation within CI/CD workflows.
• Extensive experience with system administration across multiple operating systems such as Linux, Windows, and Oracle.
• Proficiency in automating deployment processes using Terraform, scripting languages (Python, Java), and DevOps automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and container management best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management on AWS, Azure, or similar platforms; understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Project management experience in technology environments with a focus on delivering scalable solutions efficiently.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools for maintaining optimal system health; understanding of SRE principles for reliability engineering.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to IT infrastructure components such as APIs, operating systems, or network configurations.
