Job description
A growing software and data technology company is seeking a Remote Implementation Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions across cloud and customer-hosted environments. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team working with large-scale data systems, automation tools, and customer implementations for enterprise and government-related clients.
This position is fully remote within the United States, with preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with project and technical teams to deploy and configure software solutions in customer environments
- Install, customize, and maintain enterprise software platforms across private cloud, public cloud, and on-premise systems
- Build and maintain automation scripts and tools using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, and related scripting languages
- Prepare, organize, and transform customer data for system integration and processing
- Monitor deployed systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve system errors
- Support software testing efforts related to functionality, scalability, and performance
- Assist with ongoing system improvements, automation initiatives, and implementation best practices
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical or engineering-focused role such as implementation engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, software support, or data engineering
- Hands-on scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with XML, data formatting, and configuration-based environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines and priorities
- Proficiency with standard business applications including Excel, Word, and email platforms
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to pass a background check and qualify for work supporting secure customer environments
- Technical assessment required as part of the interview process
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, OCI, SharePoint, or Exchange environments
- Experience with automation, deployment tooling, or cloud provisioning
- Background supporting enterprise records, document management, eDiscovery, or compliance-related platforms
