Job description
Our client is a seed-stage AI company (~20 people, founded 2025) building a document-intelligence platform that combines intelligent schema mapping with fine-tuned extraction models. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll bridge the platform and the enterprise customers who depend on it - owning technical discovery, demos, deployments, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
3-7 years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar); 3-4+ years in pre-sales SE at technical B2B companies; hands-on with APIs, distributed systems, and production infrastructure; Python proficiency; sales-methodology familiarity (MEDDIC, Command of the Message). Must be customer-facing.
