  • Lösung von IMAC/D-Anfragen und Break&Fix Services
  • Aktualisierung der Bestands- und Anlagendaten
  • Identifizierung und Durchführung von Präventions- und Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Beratung bei der Etablierung neuer Technologien

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld z.B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung mit einem Ticketsystem oder ähnlichen Workflow Dokumentationen
  • Grundkenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in allen gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Hard- und Software Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
