Job description

  • Second Level IT-Support für Soft- und Hardwarelösungen
  • Onsite Support in der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, iOS, Drucker sowie Netzwerk und Telekommunikation
  • Durchführen von IT-Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets sowie individueller Projektaufträge

Requirements

  • Ausbildung bzw. Studium im IT-Umfeld oder mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse der aktuellen Windows Betriebssysteme und in iOS
  • Kenntnisse der aktuellen Standard-Applikationen (Office-Produkte, Adobe, etc.)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardware (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, IP Telefonie und mobile Endgeräte)
  • Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld (Patching)
  • Erfahrung mit Windows Active Directory
  • Englischkenntnisse B1 Niveau
