Job description

The Technical Operations Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for supporting operational activities in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
This position works closely with cross-functional teams to execute assigned tasks, maintain compliance with GMP and quality requirements, and support business objectives through effective communication, documentation, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities while contributing to operational efficiency and project success., * Execute assigned operational tasks and ensure timely completion while maintaining GMP compliance.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support project progress and meet established deadlines.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operational activities and quality requirements.
Complete and maintain all required training to ensure uninterrupted access to computerized systems and repositories.
Utilize computerized systems to locate, review, and compile supporting documentation for Product Specification Files prior to packaging operations.
Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and support continuous improvement efforts.
Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and sound business judgment in daily activities.
Support project management activities by tracking assignments, coordinating priorities, and following through on commitments.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree., * 0-3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or a related field.
Candidates without a bachelor’s degree should possess 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
Experience working in GMP-regulated environments is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems is preferred., * Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functional areas.
Knowledge of GMP and quality systems is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and continuous learning.
Experience creating reports, presentations, GMP documentation, and performing basic data analysis is beneficial.
