Job description
- The Technical Operations Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for supporting operational activities in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
- This position works closely with cross-functional teams to execute assigned tasks, maintain compliance with GMP and quality requirements, and support business objectives through effective communication, documentation, and project coordination.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities while contributing to operational efficiency and project success., * Execute assigned operational tasks and ensure timely completion while maintaining GMP compliance.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support project progress and meet established deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operational activities and quality requirements.
- Complete and maintain all required training to ensure uninterrupted access to computerized systems and repositories.
- Utilize computerized systems to locate, review, and compile supporting documentation for Product Specification Files prior to packaging operations.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and sound business judgment in daily activities.
- Support project management activities by tracking assignments, coordinating priorities, and following through on commitments.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree., * 0-3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or a related field.
- Candidates without a bachelor’s degree should possess 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working in GMP-regulated environments is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems is preferred., * Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functional areas.
- Knowledge of GMP and quality systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and continuous learning.
- Experience creating reports, presentations, GMP documentation, and performing basic data analysis is beneficial.
