Data Analyst III (6248)

• Build, maintain, and optimize large-scale ETL pipelines and data infrastructure that support marketing operations and analytics.
• Design and develop automated dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Business Intelligence tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources.
• Partner with growth marketers, program managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality, integrity, and reporting issues across data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Develop automated campaign reporting processes and improve operational efficiency through data automation and workflow optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for pipeline development, scalable data architecture, and analytics infrastructure.

Internal Responsibilities

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL (Oracle, Hive, Vertica, MySQL, or similar).
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale ETL pipelines and distributed data processing systems.
• Experience processing and managing very large datasets (millions of records).
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar.
• Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience building automated reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and analytics teams.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in large technology companies or enterprise-scale environments.
• Experience supporting growth marketing, campaign analytics, or marketing operations.
• Strong understanding of modern data engineering best practices and scalable data architecture.
• Experience optimizing data infrastructure for reporting automation and analytics.
• Experience mentoring teams or establishing pipeline development best practices.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required.
