Job description

The Integration Analyst is responsible for successfully certifying new integrations, and supporting our partners during their development and testing phases. As an integral role for the Product, Deployment, Support, and Engineering teams, you will support the expansion of our partner network and enable the sales growth targets of the company., Execute end-to-end testing with partners to ensure seamless functionality. Engage both internally and externally to provide comprehensive API integration and testing support. Document and maintain accurate integration configurations and manuals for any new integration or enhancement. Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues in close collaboration with internal teams and partners. Contribute to the Pilot/Beta process by acting as the primary liaison between Client/Support and Partner. Investigate API-related issues by working directly with the Integration Product team. Track the development and certification process to maintain transparency with the Integration Product team. Manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment utilizing strong project management skills. Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.

Requirements

2+ years of domain experience. Experience with SOAP API, and HTNG messages, async/sync data flows, including the ability to read XML API documentation. Experience troubleshooting API/Web Service integration issues, and API testing tools like Postman or SOAPUI. Experience working with cross functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Support. Detailed Oriented; i.e API specs, configuration, documentation. Strong communication skills both written and verbally. Ability to investigate and solve complex integration problems/issues. Ability to work flexible hours in order to best accommodate the timezone of our partner network. Preferred: Specialized skills or knowledge within the B2B SaaS or Hospitality technology industry. Experience with both front-end and back-end RMS products. Background in Property Management Systems (PMS/CRS) or IT analytics.
