Axis Data S.L. is an international enterprise providing IT Services to MTS Globe and OTS Globe, which consist of Office Automation systems, Networking and Applications.Our mission statement is to provide innovative technology to the MTS Globe Group’s 66 destination offices in 22 countries in and around the Mediterranean Sea, North Africa, the Black Sea, the Arabian Gulf, the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.6,3 million guests were managed through our systems in **.We provide excellent and highly automated integration to our customers (tour operators).MTS Globe, OTS Globe and Axis Data are determined to deliver a superior service to the end customer, travelling to one of our destinations.Axis Data operates in a flexible and dynamic environment, has a flat hierarchy and values initiative and pro-activity very highly.Flexibility, good team-work and excellent communication skills are requirements for any function.The role of the Integration Manager is to define the requirements, supervise the development and go-live process of integrations with other systems, continuous monitoring ensuring a high level of performance, whilst being the main point of contact between the development team and the stakeholders.The job:Integrations with clients and providers like channel management systems are being managed by an integration team.While the number of existing integrations is increasing, also it is the number of integrations under development.A position is available for a dedicated colleague who will be permanently supporting existing integrations and manage multiple new integrations at any given moment.The ideal candidate will be a young enthusiastic IT professional with a profound understanding of communications between real-time distributed systems, excellent communicative skills and experience in agile teams.We expect the candidate to directly collaborate with different stakeholders, both internal and external such as clients, providers, distributors, and development teams, in order gather and organize requirements, write epics, user stories, roadmaps and collaborate in the product long-term vision and strategy.You will be directly participating within the lean-Agile ceremonies, helping the different development teams to understand priorities, and roadmaps for each one of the developments.We document everything in English and you’ll be required to defend your opinions, propose your ideas and manage any aspect in English, although during the day we might speak Spanish.What we offer?Excellent primary conditions are completed with a range of secondary conditions.You have the opportunity to be part of a highly motivated team which is managed in a very modern way.You dialogue with your manager and colleagues based on equality.Your suggestions and your opinions are valued as the one of the experts.You have the freedom to shape your activities to your own insight and your performance is evaluated on results.We have flexibility on working hours and remote working.RequirementsJob Skills and QualificationsAt least one year proven professional experience in a driven IT company or in an IT focused role.Work effectively in a global highly matrix team environment.Participating in functionality enhancements and continual API improvements.Able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and documentation skills.Maintain and improve our XML API documentation.Have knowledge of real-time distributed systems and strong technical interest.Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.Self?motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and committed.Have experience within agile teams, experience in collaboration with developers and QA.Knowledge of JSON and XML (schemas, web services, etc.), GET, POST, REST, http, networking, Swagger, SoapUI, Postman, Jmeter is a plus.Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and writing.Working knowledge of German or another language is a plus.#J-***-Ljbffr
