Job description

  • Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the SAP CRM environment
  • Implement new functionalities and optimize existing applications using ABAP Objects (ABAP OO)
  • Provide technical expertise during solution design and implementation activities
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Support the stability, performance, and long-term maintainability of SAP-based business applications
  • Contribute to the integration of SAP systems within a broader enterprise landscape
  • Participate in troubleshooting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline, completed IT vocational training, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Hands-on experience in SAP application development with a strong focus on ABAP Objects (ABAP OO)
  • Practical exposure to SAP environments and business applications; professionals across different seniority levels are welcome
  • Strong understanding of SAP CRM processes, data structures, and SAP standard functionalities
  • Experience working with integrated business processes, interfaces, and complex system landscapes
  • Ability to analyze requirements and deliver sustainable, business-oriented technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are beneficial
  • Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style
  • Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach combined with a proactive attitude and sense of ownership
  • Customer-focused thinking with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering measurable business value
