IT Helpdesk Support Specialist Entry-Level

We are a Successful Technology Company looking for a qualified detail-oriented Computer Technician with entry level skills that will install, maintain & troubleshooting computer systems and networks.

A successful IT Support Specialist-entry level must have :

• Basic Knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems.

-Troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail and learn our Hospitality Point of Sale Software.

• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity.

• Excellent customer service skills by effectively communicating technical solutions to users.

• Organizational and time-management skills

• Entry-level knowledge of Windows operating systems.

• Entry-level knowledge with computer networking concepts and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with basic network configurations.

• Entry-level diagnostic & problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven previous experience in IT support or a related field is a Plus, * Ho many years of Computer Technical Support experience do you have ?

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish Fluently ? (Preferred)
