Data Analyst

• Build and maintain the customer equipment database - install dates, equipment age, make/model and serial numbers, warranty status, and last service date for every customer
• Track manufacturer recalls and safety notices - flag affected customers and generate outreach lists so the team can get ahead of problems instead of reacting to them
• Design and maintain the tools we run on - a well-structured spreadsheet system or a simple app - and keep the data clean, current, and trustworthy
• Own company KPIs - revenue, job counts, average ticket, maintenance-plan/membership numbers, technician productivity, callback rates, and whatever else drives the business
• Turn numbers into decisions - build clear dashboards and reports that owners and managers can actually act on
• Spot trends and surface opportunities - customers due for replacement, aging equipment, service gaps, and seasonal patterns

Required:

• 2+ years in a data analyst, reporting, or operations analyst role
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) - formulas, pivot tables, clean data structure
• Experience building reports and dashboards that non-technical people can actually use
• Sharp attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your own work
• A clear communicator who can explain what the numbers mean in plain English
• Comfortable working on-site alongside our office and field teams

Pay: $52,235.01 - $62,906.68 per year
