- Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager of Identity Management to lead the organization’s IAM strategy, operations and transformation initiatives. This role blends executive leadership, technical depth and business engagement across identity modernization, governance and security.
What You Will Do

Lead IAM strategy and roadmap

Drive Active Directory to Entra ID modernization

Oversee identity lifecycle management
-
Lead IGA initiatives
-
Modernize MFA and Zero Trust capabilities
-
Partner with 3rd party vendors on identity initiatives (SAP)
-
Manage IAM team and vendors
-
Engage business stakeholders and executives.
Requirements
-
10+ years IT/cybersecurity experience
-
5+ years IAM leadership
-
Entra ID and Active Directory expertise
-
Identity Governance experience
-
Federation, SSO and PAM knowledge
-
Zero Trust understanding
-
Exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Skills
-
SAP identity experience
-
SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt or similar
-
Exchange-related identity workflows
-
CISSP, CISM or related certifications.
Ideal Candidate
- Strategic and hands-on leader who has led identity transformation programs and can communicate equally well with business and technical teams.
